I have been a keen cook since I was in my teens, and have been giving cooking demonstrations and classes for about five years now. Some of the venues where I have worked are the Good Housekeeping Institute (for the guild of food writers), The Eden Project and River Cottage. I regularly work with Michael and Joy Michaud (growers of the infamous Dorset Naga chilli and other exotic fruit and vegetables) and have given demonstrations at the Bridport Food Festival for several years. I also teach Thai cooking at Yeovil College.


I have completed a City & Guilds Level 4 certificate (stage one) in further education teaching, and have a Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene.
