Participants will take part in all aspects of the preparation and cooking of the food. Afterwards we will eat together. Including advice on sourcing ingrediants, and answers to any questions you may have about Thai food. You are also welcom to contact me afterwards with any queries. One of the dishes will be a Thai curry.

The cost is £35 per person.

Thankyou to everyone who came to my courses in 2008. The programme for this year is now complete. There will be more courses in 2009. I hope to see you again then, and in the meantime wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.
